1911 Colt .45 Collectors Box

We were contacted by Vandalia Range and Armory a couple of months ago about researching and developing a handgun case to display the 1911 Colt .45 and the commorative 100 year anniversary Colt .45. Our client wanted a box for his customers to be able to show off their handguns to their friends without their friends being able to handle them.

This is the prototype case that we developed.  It has an integrated storage box in the top, a keyed lock, and also has a built in led light bar. 

We received approval for the prototype and are now in the beginning stages of making 10 boxes out of cherry, walnut, red oak, and hickory, with hopefully alot more to come.
